APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3-room apartment on the ground floor, 80m2. Living/dining room with fire place and terrace. Phone, radio and TV. Quiet location with view of the mountains and the lake. Kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Double bedroom (2 separate mattresses 90x195). Bedroom with a trundle bed (2x85x190). Bath/toilet/double sink. Garage. Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Ils Battafös, at the west end of Silvaplana, was built in 1984 in the Engadine style. The location is quiet and sunny. Cross-country and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The new sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cable way Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction. More physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away.

Seit 2017 brennt das Licht vor der Eingangstüre (Aussen) nicht.

Der Kühlschrank ist definitiv am Ende seines Lebenszyklus...an der Rückseite hat es nach einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche eine Eisschicht von ca. 2cm. Kommt wahrscheinlich auch daher, dass die Türe nicht mehr richtig schliesst...man muss immer nochmals zusätzlich die Kühlschranktüre zudrücken.

Sollte diese Wohnung einmal zum Verkauf anstehen, wäre ich interessiert an einer Übernahme.
